Spending more on entries than you can comfortably afford

Chasing losses by purchasing entries immediately after an unsuccessful draw

Tools Available to You

Self-Exclusion

You may permanently close your account and be excluded from all future draws at any time. Email selfexclusion@winbig9ja.com and your account will be closed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Spending Limits

Set a monthly or per-draw spending limit in your account settings. Once a limit is reached, you will be unable to purchase additional entries until the period resets. Limits can be decreased immediately but take 7 days to increase, giving you time to reflect.

Reality Check Reminders

Enable periodic reminders that show your total spend for the current month. These appear at checkout and can be turned on in your account settings under "Responsible Play Preferences".

Cooling-Off Period

If you want a break from the platform, request a 30, 60, or 90-day cooling-off period. Your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to purchase entries during this time.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can I set a limit on how much I spend per month?

Yes. Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Responsible Play. You can set a monthly or per-draw naira limit. Limits apply immediately when set.

How do I self-exclude?

Email selfexclusion@winbig9ja.com from your registered address. Your account will be closed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion lasts a minimum of 12 months and cannot be reversed before this period expires.

Will self-exclusion affect my existing entries?

Existing entries purchased before self-exclusion remain valid. If those draws have not concluded, you will receive any applicable prize or refund at the end of the draw cycle.

Is there a minimum age verification?

Yes. All new accounts are age-verified during registration. We use third-party identity verification and may request additional documentation if we are unable to confirm that you are 18 or older.

What if I suspect someone is using my account without consent?
